Is it complicated to have my banner made?
Absolutely not! All you have to do is provide the specifications for your banner and let us do the rest. Once we finish the banner, you are free to make up to 4 revisions. After that, if you’re still not satisfied, just get your money back!

How long will it take until my banner is finished?
Orders are usually completed in less than 3 days. However, we reserve a maximum 3 day turn-around time for each order.

Can I have my banner made with Flash?
Unfortunately, we do not offer Flash banners at the moment.

What should I include with my order?
Normally we can handle finding the necessary images for your banner, assuming you tell us what to look for. However, if there are specific images you’d like included, simply include the URL of the image with your order, or send it to sales@bannerosity.com

Can I request a custom sized banner?
Absolutely! Just be sure to let us know when you place your order. Don’t worry, it’s the same price.

How can I make payment?
Currently PayPal is our main source of payment processing. However, you may use a Credit or Debit card when you pay through our order form.

Can you advertise my banner for me?
Unfortunately we do not provide advertising services. However, your banner WILL be placed in our portfolio.

Do you accept Adult banner orders?
Sure! As long as your website is not breaking any laws, Adult banners are fine.

Will my banners be animated?
Normally all banners are animated. However, you are free to let us know if you’d like your banner to be static (non-animated).

What is a .PSD file and how do I use it?
A .PSD file is the Photoshop Source File which contains all of the layers and frames of animation. You will need Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Image Ready/Fireworks to edit these files. All .PSD files will be sent to you if you request it during your order.

What if I’m still not satisfied after 4 revisions?
No problem, we can simply refund your order with no questions asked. However, once you request the final .PSD file, it is considered that you are satisfied.

Can I continue to make revisions after 4 days?
No, you may only make revisions within 4 days of recieving your banner. Once you have us deliver the .PSDs, no more revisions may be made.
